Have hinge only markings 3045,612, 03087.67, 047X0 Hinges work but dont hold door snug. Looks as if white tab inside hinge has sheared off? What brand hinge is this and what replacements do you offer?

Hello, Haven't been able to find this hinge, although I've seen a few that appear to be a suitable replacement. Looking for this hinge or the current replacement hinge. Looks like it opens about 105 degrees Markings on the hinge MEPLA 9M. Also has a number 348.253.00.35 Thanks

After 20 years some hinges do not close completely leaving a 1-2" gap after closing, (cabinet door slowly opens slightly) Do you have a replacement hinge? Or even better can I change these hinges to self-closing ones. I would need about 60 unites.( See photo)
