Trim piece that holds the fixed pane of a single hung window in place.

Bottom of upper sash on single hung vinyl window. The female part of the window lock screws into this trim.

Hi there, Have 18 year old windows that I am going to put new glass in but want to have some of the snap-in plastic beading in case I mess any of the current up. looking for a replacement bottom stop for this window. do not know brand. the side stops do not have the back-member or vinyl seal. system glazes from outside. thought it looked like the 55-105 with a "down-leg" rather than the flat profile. customer is selling house and needs quickly if possible. ... This is the exterior glazing bead from a vinyl casement window (May be a Willmar brand?) No name on window just a glass pack the homeowner had in the garage that said for Willmar windows. It is 5/8"x5/8"

I'm not sure if this is called snap-in glazing beam, also I did not know anything about the window (brand). I just want to find out the name of this part as well as if I can purchase the part somewhere. Thanks in advance

I haven't been able to identify this window. But I need about 24' or more of this glazing. Maybe more if I can't get an exact match. The window sash lock is different than anything I've seen before. I don't need any locks. Just trying to identify the window manufacturer.

I have a number of THermalgard windows from Seasonall. THey will no longer stay up, when we open them. THese are triple pane glass so I would like to keep them working. A number are fogged now from being dropped very hard, I think. Can you help me ? Jim
