peachtree double hung non tilt (1990 vintage) need channel balances

I need many replacement channel balances for my peachtree double-hung non-tilt 1989-built windows. Channel balances measure 26.25 inches (26&1/4) length and 9/16 wide (very close to 1/2 wide). Pictures show old balance and replacement balance which were the right size but not the best quality. Original channel balance stamped 3360 1F. Replacement balance stamped 25.25.4 FKS CMC 6. The old balance does not show the whole black plastic connector tip (aka balance plug). The replacement balance shows the connector tip (white). Any additional installation hardware included? Do you have sell balance cord forceps? thank you, Jim
