phillips sliding door handle

Question

currently this Phillips door lock is mostly on the inside. I'd like to be able to change it so I can have a keyed lock outside. the door frame is 1 inch thick. do I have any options?

Take a look at our 82-306, this might be all you need but I don't know if the key cylinder tail will interact with the latch inside your old inside handle.

If it does not, then you will also need an 82-005 set.
