What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog, but we can still help via custom order. Can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord? We will also need to see a photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel. Additionally, how many balances are you looking to replace? 

We appreciate the additional photos, but the metal clip that's attached to the pulley cord isn't visible in these photos. If it snapped off, you'll need to use an undamaged balance as a reference. I'm afraid we can't move forward without that. Furthermore, we need to know the stamp printed on the metal channel, as well as the weight of the window sash.
