Trying to locate a U shape pivot bar?dimensions are 3" x 5/16 x 3/16. 2 threaded holes 1" from each end.

Hi Tom, thanks for reaching out to us. If your sash is only using one screw hole, you can use our 26-040 bar as a replacement.
