pivot bars

Question

The pivot bars on a bunch of our windows snapped off, and a few of the parts where the pivot bar goes into are also snapped.  Needing to buy replacements but unsure what model of each these are.  I included an image of the sticker on one of the windows, i didn't see a make or model

I can't be sure with the shoe still installed, but what is shown resembles the 15-177. Review the specifications below to confirm it's a match. We offer the 26-030 pivot bar, but you'll need to confirm if the backset of one of the installation holes matches yours. Thanks for posting!
