pivot bars and pivot shoes

I ordered from you 3 inch pivot bars 26-089 snd 26-063. I also ordered pivot shoe 15-045. The pivot shoe is fine except the hole in the pivot shoe (into which the pivot bar is inserted) is a bit too small to accomodate the pivot bars. I mean the bar is so close in width that if bent in it could squeeze into the pivot shoe. I say this to give you an idea of how close in size the shoe hole is for the bar. I need to identify a pivot shoe that will accomodate the pivot bars I already have as long as all other dimensions of the shoe are the same as 15-045). Or I need 3 inch pivot bars that will fit the pivot shoe I have.
