pivot door hinge

Question

Which door hinge would I need to repair this commercial door from the late 1980's. From inside the building the door swings to the left to exit. I was thinking the 79-127 would do the trick but I'm not sure especially with the bottom piece of the hinge. Please advise.

Hello there. After looking at your photos, I do believe it is the 79-127 that you want. Looks to me like someone tried to repair the bottom pivot in the past, but used the wrong style on the bottom pivot that goes on the door. See if the video below helps.
