I need these for three windows all have broken into two pieces, only have one spring per pivot

Thanks for posting. This exact Simonton coil balance system is no longer made. However we have a replacement solution. You should be able to use our 15-259 Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balances instead. The video below explains how.
