I'm looking for a replacement pivot lock shoe for and Alside Mezzo double hung window. I have attached a picture. Please let me know of any part numbers you come up with or replacement parts you have.

The pivot shoe shown in your photos looks like the 15-177 to me. Take a look and see if you agree. Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to help!
