pivot lock shoe

A handy person from Colorado says:

Let me know if you can identify this part. And how I can order a couple of them to repair my windows.

The shoe is 1 1/4" wide, 2 1/8"long (at the longest point), and 17/32" thick.

The diameter of the tube containing the spiral balance rod is 3/8".

I believe the 15-046 might be what you need. Though the measurement states 1/2", some companies consider that to be 17/32" thick. Take a look and see what you think.
