Hello there!

I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match for this pivot shoe. However, you could consider the 15-177 which uses the Series 152 coil springs. Take a look at the dimensions and see how they compare with yours.

To determine the spring weights, you will need to divide the sash weight by two.
