pivot lock shoe for tilt window

I need to replace a few shoes in our windows and hope my photos give you enough information to identify the part. My husband and I recently ordered pivot bars from you but now see that we need to replace some of the pivot shoes, also. We will also be ordering the jamb spreader once I know what shoe to order. We had to cut the jamb to replace the pivot bar, but, of course, prefer not to do that! Thanks for your help. Ami
