pivot locking shoe

I broke one of the pivot shoes on my window. Not sure what kind of window it is - don't see any information on the window itself. Picture of the shoe is attached. The depth is 1/4". I don't know the width of the track, but can measure. I don't see anything on your website similar to this model. Any ideas?
