pivot post on sliding window

Home Owner from 10509
I have a sliding window that also swings in for easier cleaning. This post broke & I can not find any identification on the window as to who the manufacturer was. Went back to retailer I bought from & the company has changed hands and they were no help. Can this piece be found or made?

Hello!

To help with our search, can you show us a picture of the pivot shoe that interacts with this pivot bar removed from the window? Can we also see what this pivot bar looks like on the other side, flipped over?

Thank you!

If I flip the bar over it won't lay flat so a picture really won't benefit?. but a side view shows more and included is then pivot shoe you asked for. Hope that helps

Great, thank you for the additional pictures! I still don't recognize this pivot bar at first glance but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available.

Thank you so much!

We believe you can use our 26-089 steel pivot bar with 33-096 set screws for your window. The bar is 3" long by 5/16" wide and 3/16" high. It doesn't have that extra top lip, but it should fit in your center pivot shoe cam.
