pivot shoe

I recently ordered the 770 series balance(27c) that match my old ones exactly. I also need to replace the shoes. The old shoes measure 9/16" thick, 2" high and 1" wide. They look very similar to the 15-129 shoes, but not exact. Will the 15-129 shoes work(noticed your measurements are slightly different). I appreciate your help, thank you.

Hello,

You could be using a different pivot shoe. Balances can work with a bunch of different shoes, depending on the size of the jamb. Please remove your pivot shoe and show us a picture, along with the width and thickness to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
