There is no name brand on the windows. The shoe is attached to a spring coil secured by a small screw. Dimensions are as follows:
1.75" L x 1.5" W x 3/8" D (dimensions are approximate)

This looks like you have a pivot shoe that was discontinued in the past year. The good news is that the 15-177 Pivot Shoe can be used as a replacement. This shoe works with Series 152 Coil Springs. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your shoe removed from the window jamb. Thanks for posting!
