pivot shoe for replacement windows

Quick Learner from Vernon Rockvl, CT
Hello. I have Integra Windows from Sugarcreek Industries that are approx 20 years old. I do not have the specific model of the windows. I have multiple windows in which the pivot shoe has broken. I can't determine what the replacement is. Can you help identify which one I need. It appears to be slightly different unit on each side of the window. I cannot take them out of the channel but they appear to be approx 1 1/8 in wide and 2 5/8 in long.

Hello there! Looks like you need two different style pivot shoes. Yours look similar to our 15-188 and 15-129, respectively, but the only way to confirm is to remove them so that you can get more accurate measurements. You can review ours below.

Your next step should be to remove the shoes, measure them, then refer to our dimensions to verify that my recommendations are the same. Note that height does not matter, but width and thickness are vital.

Thank you for identifing them. Given the time of year, i'm unsure I want to remove one since I may not be able to put it back. How long does it take to get these items?

That's totally understandable. It appears we have both shoes in stock, so delivery time will depend on what shipping option you select during checkout. We offer several options, including next day delivery.
