The first thought that comes to mind is our 15-129, though I don't see it very often with that balance attachment. Please remove it from the window and compare the dimensions to see if this is what you need.

Thank you. Looks like right shoe and I have ordered.
Q: I do not have a cut out to replace shoe. I know Swiss has jamb tool, yet too expensive for fixing one window- relatively new home. Thank you.
