pivot shoe replacement

Question

I need to replace some pivot shoes in my tilt windows. Cannot identify window manufacturer.
I am original owner of a Pulte townhouse in Timonium, MD built is 1995.

My current pivot show measures 2 in. (length) x 1.5 in. width with a 9/16 in. thickness.

I am also going to replace the spiral balances. I need a pair of length 37 in. and a pair of
length 30". Both lengths are 1/2 in. diameter. My windows are double pane and are heavy suckers!

Can you please help me with the part numbers? Thank you so much.

Thanks for contacting us, Craig. For the pivot shoe, start with our 15-046. This seems to have the same measurements as yours. As for the balance, can you confirm the diameter of the tubes? It should be either 3/8" or 9/16". I also recommend weighing each sash on a scale to determine the exact weight. Balances are precise hardware and it's important to know what kind of weight they will be supporting.
