pivot shoe t-style 1 1/4" wide in the channel 2.33" tall

Question

I need a replacement window pivot.  Mine installs into a channel style balance.  Where the shoe installs, the face of the channel is "pinched" or indented to allow for the window pivot to drop into a the open style pivot shoe.  The shoe allows for approx. 1/4" of clearance for the pivot.

We can help, but you'll need an entirely new S795 channel balance since your balance has a groove in it that prevents our shoe from installing. We also recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window. You'll need to choose the length of your metal channel and locate the stamp umber on your balance to choose the correct spring strength option. Thank you!
