It looks like you're in need of some replacement pivot shoes. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged shoe with an intact center cam removed from the window, as well as the width and thickness, to compare to our potential replacements.

We're heading in the right direction but to find the correct replacement for you, we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe and for you to write out the width and thickness for us since we can't get accurate measurements from a photo.

Based on the information we've gathered thus far, our 15-046 pivot shoe looks like a promising replacement option. Take a look and make sure that the shape of the center cam will accept your pivot bars in the bottom corners of the window sash.
