plastic slide replacement

A quick learner from Reidsville, NC says:
this plastic piece measures 1/2 x 1/2 x 2 3/8. The hook that the spring attaches to has broken off. It simply attaches to the spring via the hook and slides in the plastic track. The window is a double hung vinyl clad wood window that tilts.

This part is called a friction shoe. We don't have this exact type, but our 15-104 is similar. Look this over to see if you can use it as a replacement.
