plastic spring balance connector

Hi, I am looking for the plastic part in the picture attached that is in a vinyl side channel that allows for my double hung window to tilt in/balance. It is not quite clear from the picture but at the bottom of the plastic part is a hole that the window inserts the pin into to allow for it to tilt in. The plastic assembly top hook is broken and the spring has nothing to attach to. Thank you.
