I am looking for the part that anchors the balance 'string' to the window frame (not the balance shoe, it is the other end). It is a small plastic part that inserts at the top of the window frame (picture attached). The manufacturer sent me your contact info because they do not carry the Twinseal parts any longer. They thought you might have something that would work...

Your top nylon hook has been replaced with a metal clip, our 15-198. If your balance is still good, you can replace the clip by using a self locking pliers. You will need to remove the balance, pull the cord about five inches and lock it with the pliers. Then you can untie the broken piece and install the new piece.
