Can you remove the pivot shoe and show us an intact version? The width and thickness of the shoe would be most helpful as well. From there we'll do our best to help. The balance appears to be one of our Series 770 Channel Balances. Let me know if you have further questions in regards to further identifying the balance.

i have measured the channel size with a shaped piece of card board,
i will remove a shoe but it appears i have to cut into channel.
ok done , i removed a broken shoe.
width 31.54mm , depth 13.91 unlocked 15.08 locked

Thanks for doing this. With those measurements in mind, as well as a clearer picture of the pivot shoe's design, I suspect you need our 15-154. Double-check the measurements to see if you agree.
