Thanks for posting. This looks like a Series 140 Coil Balance system. If you're unsure of what stamp to select, weigh the window sash these coil springs support. Give me the weight and I can work it out for you.

Thanks for confirming that sash weight. 55 pounds is heavier than any weight range our existing Series 140 sets can support. However, I spoke with our product director, and I'm happy to say she confirms that we can bring in what you need. It will the 28 pound Series 140 assembly. One of these on both sides of the sash will give you 56 pounds of support, which is close enough to the actual weight of 55 pounds. 

This 28 pound system is on order, and we will let you know the moment it is online and ready to be ordered. Also note that you will need to change your pivot bars to either the 26-398 or 26-405, depending on which has screw holes that align with your window. See below.
