Hello,

Unfortunately, we don't have an exact match for this operator, but you may be able to substitute with our 39-387 and 39-388. There are just two things to note:

1) You will have to reverse the clip at the end of the link arm. This can be done simply by popping it off with a flat-head screwdriver.

2) The arm dimensions may be a little different, but I measured them together and the sum total comes out to 7-7/8" from the center of the gear to the end of the link arm.

A home owner from new jersey says:
long arm is labeled Truth 30818, 6.75" long. Bottom arm labeled Wright, short arm is 3.5" long, I did not measure the cranking arm. Crank handle labeled Hurd.

Hello Dave,

I don't see any recommended substitute for the lower arm. see photos. Assuming I don't replace that component now, would the operator you suggest still be a possible fit?

If you're referring to the arm stamped 30818, that's the hinge. This is separate from the operator, and while they work together they're not physically connected and work independent of one another.

If you did need a new hinge, I recommend the 36-048. This will be a little different from yours but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be okay. The video below should clarify how these work.
