reflectolite sliding door handle and lock

hello, I have an 80 vintage Reflecto lite sliding patio door. I believe the 82-005 handle will be correct for my replacement handle but I also need the lock mechanism. pic attached . Locking tab is broken off

This looks like a lock for a window, not a door. I wonder if it was a last minute repair. Can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? Can you also tell me the distance between a hole center and the back edge of the lock?
