need repair part for 5 different kind of windows in over 200 units

We carry a match for the shoe in our 15-216, but the balance itself has been discontinued and is no longer available. You may be able to use our Series 795 as a substitute for both, though. Check it out and let me know what you think.

that great Paul. so the marking on the balance is 31E what full setup will I need

I would first measure the metal channel to confirm the length, then weigh your sash to determine what option would work best. Since you're switching over to an entirely different Series, it's better to double check everything than to just go by the stamp.
