replace,emt parts Barrier 3000 Windows

Question

The plastic part on the balancer that holds the spring broke on both sides of the window.It is a double hung window. The bottom window is14" in height
The windows are a Barrier 3000 Series.
Can you help?

Hi there Mike.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is an old rod balance that isn't made anymore. However, you can use the Series 795 as long as the spring diameter measures 1/2" in diameter. The video will go over everything you'll need to know.
