replacement awning window operators

Question

Good morning I'm in need of 2 new awning operators I think. they will extend when the crank is turned but will not retract all the way. they are Truth Brand with a model number of 41013 I think. They are  the originals from when this apt was built in 1967 I think. the window is about 31'' big

Thanks for reaching out to us. I wonder if you could have the 39-239C. It's hard to say for sure without seeing the whole operator in one shot though. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.
