replacement balance

Hello, I have silver line single hung tilt windows. The t-lock's are made of plastic and keep snapping. It is as if the balance string is too tight and there is too much pressure when trying to close the window fully. I would like to replace a couple balances and see if that elevates the issue. My current balances are stamped with 26-7 and have a small tab at the top that a screw goes through attache to window frame. Your S795 looks like the right balance but it is stamped different. I weighed my window sash and when I hold it when standing on the scale it is 25 lb but when I just put the sash along on the scale it is 29. I am assuming I need to order the balance stamped 27E. However that only comes with the closed t-lock balance shoe. Does that matter? Please advise before I order. Thank you Sherrie.

The Balance is 27 inches (stamp is 26-7). I am pretty sure this is the right T-Lock: Silverline Inverted T-Lock Balance Shoe Open Cam 1 1/4? x 1 7/8? x 17/32
