Thanks for posting! This looks a lot like our Series 395 channel balance, which comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom fitting. As long as those match then it should work well as a replacement.

If you don't have a stamp, then I'm afraid you have no choice but to weigh your sash to  confirm the best option. Make sure you're as precise as possible, you don't want to estimate. Also, when measuring for the length, make sure to only measure the metal channel. Don't include the nylon fittings in the length at all.
