replacement balance need type

Question

Hello
I need 4 balance replacements all same type/size. Dimension: width 9/16" (it is a little bigger then 1/2 in), length of the metal part 28". See also 114/115/116/117 pictures attached.

Apart from that for one window, i need the top small plastic part (not sure how that is called, see img_0118) that is attached to the moving window on top. I only need one of those, seems ridge at end almost gone, making the balance to pop out. The screw to attach is 1" from the top of the window, and width=5/8"

Can you let me know which parts i need to order?

You have an S385-28 with a 2740 stamp option – probably. If you've got the 1-3/32" bottom attachment shown below, your metal channel is 28", and your window sash weighs 19 to 26 pounds, then you can use the balance I identified above.

As for the sash guide, take a look at our 18-171, which may be the same size guide that you need. Double check those measurements and place your order.
