I need to replace a Caldwell window sash balance. The metal is 27" long. It is stamped 26 3 CD Caldwell. I am guessing that your replacement is S350-27, option 2630. Please verify the cross-reference before I order. Thank you.

I don't believe you have the S350-27. The Series 350 doesn't have wings on the nylon fittings, while yours do.

You have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Look over our photos and measurements and let me know what you think.

I received the recommended balances earlier than expected. I was able to install them in just a few minutes. The hooks were marginally wider than the openings in the frame. I was able to scrape away some material to make them fit. Otherwise, they are perfect.
