replacement channel balances

A home owner from Colorado says:
Hello, I'm replacing two channel balances, one a 1440 and one a 2040. I believe I should order the S395 but would like to have this confirmed. Additionally I'd like to know if I need to order the little plastic top and bottom parts separately or if they come with the metal casing. Thank you!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hi, thanks for double checking with us. I agree that the S395 would be the best replacement for your balances. You'll need to measure just the metal portion of your balances to determine your length, then choose the "stamp option" that matches your 1440 and 2040. After that, you're all set! The balances will come with the top and bottom attachments riveted on, so you won't have to purchase4 them separately!
