These are from builder grade windows installed when our home was built in 2007.  MI windows was the window company I believe.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

Your original springs should have numbers stamped into the metal that indicates the weighted option needed to support the window sash. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

Also see the 15-181 support clip, 15-182 balance bushing and 15-240 air pad if replacements needed. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

The right side of the coil has a 5 and the left side has a 6.  I have attached photos.

Hello,

I just want to clarify that you are referring to one assembly where there is one 5 coil and one 6 coil stacked on top of each other. If so, please see the S190-540 and the S190-640 coil springs.

Together with the other side of the window, these coils will support a 22 pound window sash. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

I have another question on another window in my house.  Again built in 2007 MI windows.  Turns most of the other windows have single coil on each side.  Can you help me with part numbers to replace these coils and shoes?  Also is it recommended to replace both sides on the double coil?  Thank you.

This appears to be the same balance assembly as before. Since this side only uses one spring per side instead of two, then you'd use our 15-186 clip instead of the 15-181.

If you needed help identifying the proper stamp for the springs, then I need the same data you provided to Lauren before.
