i have a lik it sliding patio door, made in san leandro ca, door pat 3106753
seems like your product 82-005 is very similar
original door and lock - house built 1987

I'm afraid we don't have a video at this time, though it's something we can look into in the future. That said, this is a surface-mount handle, so it should just screw on.
