replacement kit for stanley bifold mirror doors (no wood frame)

Quick Learner from Buffalo, NY
Hi,
I have some Stanley mirrored bifold doors that need replacement parts. I'd like to get a full replacement kit for all of the slider pieces. At the very least I need the little round plastic piece that the pin on the bottom of the door goes into that allows it to slide along the bottom track. I found this kit (https://www.swisco.com/5-Bifold-Kit/pd/Wood-Folding-Closet-Door-Replacement-Accessories/23-506) but it seems to be for the doors with the wooden frame so I'm not sure it'll work on mine. My doors are just mirrors.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks for posting! I'm happy to take a look into this to determine if we have the replacement hardware you need to repair your bifold doors. I'll just need to see a photo of the existing hardware.

I'm sorry to say the sticker from the door does not provide enough information to determine the replacements needed for your repairs or if the 23-506 would be the best fit.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions in the meantime.

Hi!
Here are the photos of the hardware. The pieces that are broken are the ones at the bottom with the double looking disk under the pin.
I'd love a complete replacement kit with all of the parts but I definitely need the bottom sliders that fit under the pins.
Thanks,
Liz

Thanks for the photos! The 23-506 would not work as a suitable replacement match for the track kit you have here; unfortunately, we do not have a replacement kit that could work at all.

If your nylon corner block is still in good condition, I would suggest reusing it. This part was used by the Acme door company which was bought out by Stanley, and they have since discontinued this part.

Our best suggestion would be to replace the nylon roll guide with the 21-174. These do frequently wear out, so it might be an good idea to purchase some extras as well. Should you need to replace the spring loaded pins, we suggest using the 23-112 Spring Loaded Top Pivot; you'll need the 23-113 Bi-fold Bottom Door Pivot for the bottom adjusting pin.

Do you have the top and bottom tracks for this type of door? 5ft opening

Hello,

Please see the 21-455 track that is compatible with the parts shown in the above thread. We unfortunately do not have a 5ft opening, this track would need to be cut down to size using a hacksaw. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

So it would be the same track for the top and bottom?

Yes, the 21-455 would be used on the top and bottom.
