I am thinking the 82-269 with the 82-240 is what I am looking for...not identical but dimensions seem right in the important places. Just want to be certain before I order. Thanks!

I don't believe the 82-240 and 82-269 will work for you. These are very specific parts used in specific doors, which is not a match for yours. Instead, consider our 82-243 mortise and 82-106 lever. These appear to match your original parts much more closely.
