ceter of mounting holes is about 11" / the top locking latch is stuck in lock position

Hello there. This looks like the 82-265 Mortise Lock, which works with the 82-249 Keeper. Please compare.

apecate the fast response. i order mortise lock,and put notice in for keepersence it's backordered just in case it's needed

I installed the lock today. I can say the new one is made out off better materials, it is well made. Wil have to wait on back order to come in to complete the job. Thank you for the fast service.
