replacement openers for Aderson casements ca 1970's

A home owner from Haverhill, MA says:
the open has a solid 14" arm #7073B stamped on it. 4 teeth on each one are worn off. Does your #39-094 &39-095 reface it? also with the #39-286 handle? Will I have to build up any or move over the notch in the trim strip?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I don't believe our 39-094 and 39-095 will replace your old hardware. We've run into the 7073B  a few times in the past and our go-to recommendations are our 39-365 and 39-366 operators, along with a 39-114L handle and either our 39-504 or 49-520 track.

There is a very good chance you have to alter your sill trim significantly to get these operators to work. Even then, there is no guarantee they will. I'm sorry that we cannot offer a more confident suggestion.
