It appears that your window uses Series 795 channel balances. If you only need new T-lock shoes, please review the 15-195 or 15-195B that are both 1-1/4" wide. The main difference between the two is the 15-195 shoe has a closed back metal cam while the 15-195B has an open (see through) style metal cam.

If you need new channel balances, we will need to see if the balance installs with a screw in tab or hook at the top to move forward. Thank you!
