Thanks for your post! The coil shoe in your assembly is no longer available but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work to replace it. Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to confirm it will be a fit in the track.

You'll need the Series 152 Coil Balance springs (secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw) to complete the assembly. To replace the supports you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
