replacement parts for builders grade window (circa 1999)

A quick learner from leesburg, va says:
Hello, I have several builder-grade windows that need their window balances and connecting hardware replaced. These window balances measure 34 inches in length. Also, the spring-loaded clips that allow the window to release inwards. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I would recommend removing a tilt latch from one of your windows to compare to the specifications shown on the 26-243 and 26-244 product pages.

As for your channel balance, the flared end of the metal channel shown in your third photo is quite strange. I suspect that it might be damaged. If so, take a look and compare the specifications of the S770-34 channel balance to yours.

As for your pivot shoe, we can't be sure with yours still installed but the 15-129 that is commonly used with the S770 balance is a good place to start. Take a look and if you notice any discrepancies, get back to us with additional photos and written-out dimensions to help us research this further for you. Thank you!
