replacement patio door handle

Question

Hello I need help identifying replacement handle (exterior) and parts for this patio door handle. I believe it's from the 80s when the house was built.
The distance from screws in the interior handle is 8.5 inches. The interior handle is 13" long

Thanks for writing in. Hm, this handle set looks pretty unusual to us, and I'm honestly not familiar with this kind of configuration. The only option we have for you that might work is you consider converting to an entirely different, surface-mount handle set like our 82-005. This would require drilling new holes to install it, and I'm honestly not sure if it would work for you. Take a look and see what you think.
