replacement pivot shoe

looks like american craftsman double hung window.
plastic shoe has broken apart.
i added the window label in a photo.
any help would be great.

Hello! Your old shoe isn't made anymore, but we have a bunch of potential substitutes. Before I recommend anything, can you confirm the thickness of your old shoe?

I think it might be 1/2". If so, then you can use our 15-046 as a substitute. If I'm off, however, even by 1/32", then let me know and I can recommend something better.

hi.
thanks for the help.
it is 1/2" thick.
but, width is 1-3/16".
item you suggest says it is 1-1/4" wide.
not sure if that will be an issue?

That is peculiar. I've never come across a shoe like this with a 1-3/16" width. Nothing in our inventory appears to fit that size, either. Can you confirm?

hi.
ok.
measured using a ruler instead of tape measure. it's almost 1-1/4". maybe shrunk with age?
i guess i could try the ones you recommend?
probably replace both sides.
i can just follow link to order?
