This is a picture of a broken shoe. I have more than one shoe that is broken. The replacement windows were installed by Alumabilt in 2003. It looks like the measurement from top to bottom of the shoe mechanism is about 1" 9/16 or 25/32 on the ruler. I cannot remove it to get a true measurement.
